Your Martyrs will evolve into Exalted (and they keep the Absorb pain ability this way) sometime before and you'll arrive while they're still just getting to/starting to research into T3 most likely.įinally, if you want to know the real secret: Human (and Dwarf) are virtually always a good choice when you don't know what you're up against. You basically have to scout everything early while building enough to 1 turn Martyrs, build a load of them, then clear every camp/site/tomb on your way to your enemy's base. This allows you to go for a strategy where you don't research any class units past Crusaders, pump out 2-3 stacks of Martyrs and evolve them all into Exalted (Tier 3 flier with Resurgence). Halfling Theocrat - Adventurers (and Martyrs!) have a triple ranged attack unlike all other starting irregulars. (Tier 3 Chariots with Teleport and a Frost Nova that stuns and breaks guard) The White Witch unit turns into one of the most fearsome units on the field and Frost Queens are just downright silly. Sorcerers can give their supports Stuns, Teleport, and Projectile resistance. This just means imagine them one or two places up on some of the combos. Keep in mind it hasn't been updated to reflect the most recent Orc buffs. I made this with the help of the AoW3 boards a while back. Frostling Sorcerer - The basic idea here is support spam backed by Phantasm Warrior summons. Sorry for the barebones nature of this I wanted to try a high-elf dreadnought but found myself unable to think of a particular way to build it.
